Return Policy

My goal is to give our customers an easy, fair and rewarding shopping experience. Our store policy includes the following; For sanitation purposes, all sales are FINAL. Once your order is submitted and processed, we will not issue out any refunds nor exchanges unless there is an issue or error on our behalf. Before finalizing your order, we highly recommend that you review and verify that the information and spelling on your name, address, email etc is correct. If your package is returned back to us, you are required to repay for shipping to resend your order. 
Processing and shipping can range from 2-10 business days. This does not include weekends or holidays. All orders are shipped with USPS Priority Mail (3-5 days). You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. If you need lashes or hair urgently, it’s recommended that you order at least a week in advance. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days, please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.
Please be advised we are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages. You will not receive a refund for any lost/stolen or damaged packages. Your order will not be replaced.
Any preorders placed please expect up to the time frame provided to receive orders.. On any available products they will be shipped asap. No additional shipping cost for preordered items.
